Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases and event bookings made through the website of Dangerous Ground. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy or as required by applicable Swiss law.

Event Cancellation

If a performance is cancelled by Dangerous Ground and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to one of the following remedies:

  • A full refund of the ticket price paid; or

  • The option to transfer the ticket to a rescheduled performance (if applicable).

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Service fees, transaction fees, or third-party booking fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If a performance is postponed or rescheduled:

  • Tickets will remain valid for the new date;

  • If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within [e.g., 7–14 days] of the announcement.

If no refund request is received within the stated period, tickets will be considered accepted for the rescheduled performance.

Changes to Cast or Programme

Dangerous Ground reserves the right to make changes to:

  • Cast members

  • Creative teams

  • Performance content

  • Venues (within the same city or region)

Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

Personal Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued due to personal circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Illness

  • Travel disruptions

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Weather conditions (unless the event is cancelled)

We recommend purchasing appropriate ticket insurance where available.

Force Majeure

Dangerous Ground shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Technical or venue-related issues

In such cases, remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable Swiss law.

Refund Procedure

To request a refund (where applicable), ticket holders must:
